  • Combine blueberries, 1 Tbsp. sugar, 1 tsp. lemon zest and 1 Tbsp. juice in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium-high heat; simmer on medium-low heat 10 to 13 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. Spoon into bowl. Refrigerate 40 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Mix cream cheese and remaining sugar in medium bowl until blended. Add vanilla, remaining lemon zest and juice; mix well. Gradually add milk, mixing well after each addition. Stir in Cool Whip.
  • Combine graham crumbs and butter. Spoon 2 tsp. into each of 12 small jars; press to evenly cover bottom of jar. Top each with layers of 1 Tbsp. cream cheese mixture and 2 tsp. blueberry mixture. Repeat all layers.

Substitute your favourite fruit, such as blackberries, raspberries or sliced strawberries, for the blueberries.

Prepare using orange zest and juice.

Prepare desserts in small glasses or dessert dishes instead of the jars.
