  • Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Beat cream cheese, chocolate and sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Stir in 1 cup Cool Whip with whisk. Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours. Dollop remaining Cool Whip around edge of cheesecake just before serving. Fill centre with pie filling.

    This is a fantastic dessert and fairly easy to make. I used a store bought graham crust to save some time and light cream cheese and Cool Whip to reduce the amount of calories. Will make again for sure!

    Amazing good! I used bakers white chocolate instead with blueberry topping extremely good. the entire cake was gone in a day! :D Will definetley make this again soon:)
