  • Pour boiling water over dates in medium bowl. Let stand 10 min. or until softened. Drain well.
  • Use pulsing action of food processor to process nuts until finely chopped. Add dates and remaining ingredients; pulse until blended.
  • Line 8-inch square pan with parchment, with ends of parchment extending over sides. Press date mixture onto bottom of prepared pan. Freeze 1 hour or until firm.
  • Use parchment handles to remove date mixture from pan before cutting into 16 bars to serve.

How to Store

Layer cut bars between sheets of waxed paper in airtight container. Store in refrigerator up to 4 days before serving.
