  • Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add chocolate and vanilla; mix well. Gently stir in 1 cup Cool Whip.
  • Spoon half the cream cheese mixture into 12 paper-lined muffin cups. Top each with 1 tsp. jam. Cover with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  • Melt remaining butter; mix with graham crumbs. Sprinkle over filled muffin cups; press gently into cream cheese mixture with back of spoon to secure.
  • Freeze 2 hours or until firm.
  • Remove cheesecakes from paper liners just before serving. Invert cheesecakes onto dessert plates; top with remaining Cool Whip and raspberries.


Prepare using Kraft Pure Strawberry Jam and topping cheesecakes with quartered fresh strawberries instead of the raspberries.


These creamy cheesecakes can be frozen up to 2 days before serving.
