This recipe will yield 5 (1-cup/250-mL) containers of jam plus a partially filled container. Refrigerate the partially filled container immediately and use within 3 weeks.
Use firm ripe fruit. Using over-ripe fruit or adding extra fruit will affect the set. Measure juices with the fruit.
No-cook jams made with Certo Light Crystals can be stored in the freezer for up to 8 months. Remove from freezer and let thaw in the refrigerator. Once thawed, no-cook jams will last 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
