  • MEASURE prepared fruit into a large bowl.
  • ADD sugar to fruit and mix well. Let stand 10 minutes.
  • STIR in liquid fruit pectin and lemon juice. Continue to stir for 3 minutes until most of the sugar is dissolved.
  • POUR into clean jars or plastic containers. Cover with tight lids and let stand at room temperature until set (may take 24 hours).
  • STORE in freezer. If used within 3 weeks jam may be stored in refrigerator.

    Easy to make, chopped peaches into very small pieces in the food processor and only lightly crushed the raspberries. It had a very fresh taste. Looking forward to eating it this winter. We will be making it again next year for sure! So easy it's perfect to make with the kids.
