One of my all time favorite soups now! Pretty easy to make and the flavor is fabulous!
I added some shredded marble cheese in to the batch.
I also seasoned with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and some finely shredded gruyere cheese on top!
YUM YUM... will make again and recommend!
Great recipe,instead used only 1 cup water, and omitted the rice. I have bought more asparagus and will make it again. Great flavour.
