Substitute ricotta cheese for the cottage cheese.

This came out wonderful. I did use raw lasagna noodles, and 2 jars of alfredo pasta sauce. Some reviews had liquid in the bottom but raw noodles cook with that liquid, and it was the first lasagna I ever made that cut and looked like the picture when it was done. A new family favorite.
I will use chopped Imitation Crab instead, it still has the flavor and isn't nearly as strong. 2 cans of medium or cocktail shrimp rinsed and drained would also work.
Absolutely delicious! My husband loved it! I used fresh crab meat instead of the canned one as per one of the reviews and it tasted great. I think I may make a little more sauce next time I make it.
