I made this recipe once following the directions exactly the first time alot of the crumbs fell off the 2nd time i mixed together 2 eggs salt & pepper dipped the chicken in the egg mixture then the crumbs. Then fried in 2 tbs oil on med high heat for 2-3 min until golden then baked turned out tender and juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside MUCH BETTER
Even super picky eaters will love this meal! I know because we have one of those in our family and she loved it! I make this about once a week.
