  • Place chicken in even layer in shallow casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over chicken. Turn to evenly coat both sides of each drumstick.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Heat oven to 450°F.
  • Bake chicken 30 min. or until done (165°F), reducing oven temperature to 350°F after 15 min. Remove casserole dish from oven.
  • Heat broiler. Place casserole dish 6 inches from heat. Broil 1 to 2 min. or until chicken is golden brown.

Substitute

Prepare using bone-in skin-on chicken thighs.

Note

The chicken can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking as directed.
