  • Heat broiler.
  • Brown meat in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat; drain. Stir in peppers and chili powder; cook 5 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in sour cream and 1/4 cup cheese. Spoon about 1/3 cup meat mixture down centre of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam sides down, in 13x9-inch pan. Drizzle with dressing; top with salsa and remaining cheese.
  • Broil, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.


Refrigerate any leftovers, then enjoy as part of your lunch the next day. Just reheat in the microwave before serving.

    quick, easy and good meal, it will now be part of the regular rotation. We don't like peppers that much so I used 1 cup of onions and 1 cup of peppers. Also added more chili powder and sprinkled some hot sauce before eating.
