I really enjoyed this recipe. It was easy and quick. I didn't have Beef Broth so I used the 2/3 cup of water and some cream of mushroom soup and it turned out really good. I didn't like the mixed frozen veggies in it but will try fresh next time.
Not bad. It was easy to make, but found it didn't stay together at all.
