  • Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt.
  • Meanwhile, mix vinaigrette, lime juice and soy sauce until blended. Heat oil in wok or large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add red onions and peppers; stir-fry 2 to 3 min. or until crisp-tender.
  • Drain noodles. Add to ingredients in wok along with the vinaigrette mixture; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.
