This easy-to-make dough can be prepared ahead of time. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on baking sheets; freeze until firm. Place in resealable freezer-weight plastic bags; seal bags. Freeze up to 3 months. When ready to bake, place frozen balls, 2 inches apart, on baking sheets. Let stand at room temperature until thawed, then bake as directed.

Tried this yesterday and couldn't believe the results, fantastic. I'm a 77 year old male who likes to cook NOT bake but I love Tim Horton's oatmeal and raisin cookies so I had to try this recipe. To me mine were better, not much but better. Had to use my own Mayo though, don't have anything else on the go while making these you hands get very sticky. ENJOY
