  • Heat oven to 350┬║ F.
  • Beat oil and brown sugar replacement in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
  • Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to egg mixture; beat until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop teaspoonfuls of dough, 1 inch apart, on baking sheets.
  • Bake 10 to 12 min. or just until centres are set. Cool on baking sheets 3 min. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
