  • Heat broiler.
  • Place bread slices in single layer on rack of broiler pan. Broil, 4 inches from heat, 2 min. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides.
  • Combine remaining ingredients.
  • Spoon onto toast slices, adding about 1 Tbsp. to each.

Substitute

Brush bread slices lightly with olive oil before broiling as directed.

To toast the bread slices in the oven instead of under the broiler, heat oven to 350°F. Place bread slices in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 10 min.; top with tomato mixture.
