  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Stir in granulated sugar, flour and eggs; mix well. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
  • Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan. Mix peanut butter, icing sugar and milk in medium bowl until blended. Gently stir in Cool Whip; spread onto brownie.

How to Store

Frosted brownies can be stored in the refrigerator up to 3 days before serving.

Special Extra

Garnish with dry roasted peanuts before serving.
