  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix dressing and syrup until blended. Combine potatoes and carrots in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; toss until vegetables are evenly coated.
  • Use slotted spoon to transfer vegetables to 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray, reserving dressing mixture in bowl.
  • Add chicken to reserved dressing; toss until evenly coated. Add to pan with potatoes.
  • Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done (165ºF). Serve with vegetables.

Note

Ask your butcher to cut the chicken into pieces.

Special Extra

For added colour, prepare using a variety of heirloom carrots.
