  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 to 4 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  • Combine pasta sauce and peppers; pour over chicken. Bring to boil on medium heat; simmer on medium-low heat 2 to 3 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
  • Add spinach; stir. Cook 2 to 3 min. or just until wilted, stirring occasionally.

Top with Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese just before serving.
