  • Heat broiler.
  • Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Broil, 8 inches from heat, 10 min. Meanwhile, mix next 3 ingredients until blended.
  • Remove chicken from oven. Reserve half the peanut butter mixture; brush remaining onto chicken. Toss rapini with reserved peanut butter mixture; add to baking sheet with chicken.
  • Broil 10 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF).


Substitute halved broccoli florets for the rapini.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with hot cooked ramen noodles.


Broilers vary among ovens. Move the oven rack to a lower position if the chicken is browning too quickly, or to a higher position if browning too slowly.
