Potatoes were great, pork was good. I didn't have garlic salt but used crushed garlic. I used mini potatoes and cut them into halves. Didn't really need the extra cooking time for the potatoes. Quick and easy. Will make it again.
Quick, easy and the entire family loved it!!! The pork is so tasty and the parmesan wedges were nice and crisp...though I found that I didn't need the extra cooking time for the wedges.
It was very tasty but the fries stuck tothe pan.
