I serve this over romaine lettuce and drizzle buttermilk ranch dressing and use corn chips to top it off instead of tortilla chips. So yummy!!!!! The corn chips add a much nicer flavour and I don't add the sour ***** but use the buttermilk ranch dressing instead.

My grandsons love this recipe. When they come to visit they always ask for Grandpa's Special Macaroni. We also add all the usual ingredients for tacos - chopped green onions, salsa, grated Kraft Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese and sliced black olives, all served individually so they can pick and choose their favourites.
