Substitute 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g) for the pork chops.
Substitute 1-1/2 cups Italian-style green beans or your family's favourite frozen vegetable for the green beans.

Made this recipe and it is something I probably wouldn't make again. Did not like the seasoning on the pork chops... My husband actually had to put bbq sauce on it to like it. The macaroni was fine but would add peas instead of green beans!
