  • Cook spaghetti in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain spaghetti, reserving 1/4 cup cooking water; set both aside.
  • Heat dressing in same saucepan on medium heat. Add tomatoes, onions, olives, capers, and 1/4 cup basil; mix well. Cook 5 min., stirring frequently.
  • Add cheese and spinach; mix lightly. Cook and stir 1 min. or just until spinach is wilted. Add spaghetti and reserved cooking water; mix lightly. Sprinkle with remaining basil.


Omit capers, and increase the chopped olive measure to 1/3 cup.


Substitute fresh parsley for the basil.
