YUM!!! I used ground chicken instead of beef, used a bottle of strained tomatoes and 2 cups of water, a packet of taco seasoning instead of the chili powder, put in more vegetables and topped it off with sour cream along with the cheese. SO good. Will definitely make it again.
Although this recipe was easy to make I found it to be quite bland. I ended up adding quite a bit of different seasonings to give it flavour. Probably won't make this again.
