  • Heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add ham and pineapple; cook 3 to 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in barbecue sauce; cook 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in basil.
  • Heat broiler. Place bread slices in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 2 min. on each side or until lightly browned. Top with ham mixture and cheese.
  • Broil 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted.


These fun pizzas are equally delicious whether prepared with fresh or chopped drained canned pineapple chunks.


This is a great use for leftover cooked ham.


Prepare using Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese and/or substituting chopped green onions for the basil.
