  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
  • Beat cream cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Add eggs and orange zest; mix well.
  • Add cream cheese mixture to flour mixture; stir just until blended. Stir in butter. Gently stir in blueberries.
  • Spoon into 12 paper-lined muffin cups.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool muffins in pan 5 min.. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.

How to Buy

Buy blueberries that are plump, deep blue in colour and have a light chalky coating on the outsides.

How to Store

Store cooled muffins in airtight container at room temperature up to 3 days before serving.

Special Extra

Sprinkle muffins with lightly icing sugar just before serving.
