For added colour and flavour, add 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions to the couscous along with the nuts.

We have served this recipe on five different occasions with perfect results. I couldn't find Kraft Signature Mandarin Orange with Sesame dressing so I used Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing.
Wow, should have made more! I tripled the recipe for all five dinner parties, two were on our sailboat, and had wonderful complements. This recipe can be made ahead and mixed together at the last minute when heated. More of these please Kraft.
The pork did not accept the taste of the mandarin dressing and the orange sections lost their taste with cooking. All in all I didn't mind it, but my husband didn't even finish his meal.
