  • Drizzle 1 Tbsp. dressing over meat in bowl. Refrigerate 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  • Pour boiling water over couscous in small bowl; stir. Cover. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat on medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing and onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Add meat to onions; cook 6 min. or until meat is done, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining dressing and oranges; cook 1 min., stirring occasionally.
  • Fluff couscous with fork. Add nuts; mix lightly. Serve with meat mixture.

Special Extra

For added colour and flavour, add 1 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions to the couscous along with the nuts.

How to Section an Orange

Cut off both ends of orange with paring knife. Cut off peel and white membranes; discard. Cut on both sides of each membrane to remove orange sections.

    We have served this recipe on five different occasions with perfect results. I couldn't find Kraft Signature Mandarin Orange with Sesame dressing so I used Kraft Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing. Wow, should have made more! I tripled the recipe for all five dinner parties, two were on our sailboat, and had wonderful complements. This recipe can be made ahead and mixed together at the last minute when heated. More of these please Kraft.

    The pork did not accept the taste of the mandarin dressing and the orange sections lost their taste with cooking. All in all I didn't mind it, but my husband didn't even finish his meal.
