  • Bring all ingredients except chops to boil in saucepan, stirring frequently; simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Cool completely.
  • Heat greased barbecue to medium heat. Grill chops 4 min. on each side; brush with half the ketchup mixture. Grill chops additional 5 to 7 min. or until done (160ºF), turning and brushing with remaining ketchup mixture for the last few minutes.

Prepare using Heinz Hot & Spicy Ketchup.


This flavourful sauce also tastes delicious when brushed onto grilled pork tenderloin or ham.
