Place a piece of thread under the rolled-up dough. Bring the floss up around the dough and cross it over the top, cutting through the dough and filling. Repeat to slice the remaining dough.

Prepare recipe as directed, except roll up each topped dough rectangle starting at one short end instead of the long side. Cut each roll-up into 6 slices. Bake 30 min. or until golden brown. Drizzle with cream cheese mixture as directed. Makes 12 servings, 1 bun (66 g) each.
