  • Blend orange juice, vinegar, oil, sugar and orange peel in small bowl until well blended. Refrigerate until serving time.
  • Mix salad greens, cucumber, oranges, walnuts and green onions in large salad bowl. Pour dressing mixture over salad; toss to coat well. Serve immediately.

Cooking Know-How

To toast walnuts spread in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 300°F for 10 - 15 minutes or until lightly toasted.

    Delicious, light, easy to make, and a hit with everyone!! I used Kraft's Mandarin Seasame Dressing as a dressing and used toasted almonds instead of walnuts.
