  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Beat egg, milk and oil with whisk until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
  • Spoon into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray, filling each cup 2/3 full.
  • Bake 15 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.

Storage Know-How

To freeze, wrap completely cooled muffins in foil and place in freezer-weight resealable plastic bag. Remove from bag when ready to serve. Reheat foil-wrapped muffins at 350°F for 15 to 20 min. or just until warmed.

Family Fun

Batter can be baked in 12 ice cream cones for 25 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean.
