When cutting creamy-textured bars, such as cheesecake bars, carefully wipe off the knife blade between cuts with a clean damp towel. This prevents the creamy filling from building up on the blade, ensuring clean cuts that leave the edges intact.
Dessert can be part of a balanced diet but remember to keep tabs on portions.

Love this cheesecake. I make it everytime I have a potluck and everyone just loves it. I make it exactly as it is written and never had a problem.
I enjoyed this recipe very much. It was good.Everyone enjoyed it.
TIP:Do not try to cover the dish with wrap or else it will take the icing off of the top.(Happened to me)
It was an excellent cheesecake, would make it again!!! Not overly rich! I did change a few things, I used Oreo crumbs that you buy in the box, for the crust, and I added way more Oreo's to the filling, I also used the double stuffed ones.
I did find that the baking time was too long, it may be my stove, but I checked it at 30 minutes and it was a bit overcooked. Still tasted great though, but you may want to watch the time.
