  • Whisk first 3 ingredients in saucepan until blended; cook on medium-low heat 8 to 12 min. or until thickened to custard-like consistency (160ºF), stirring constantly.
  • Pour over combined chopped chocolate and liqueur in bowl; stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir in chopped cookies. Spoon into 6 (85-mL) dessert cups. Cool 15 min. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  • Top each with mini Oreo just before serving.

Non-Alcoholic Variation

Substitute 1/4 cup orange, lemon or lime juice for the liqueur. For added citrus flavour, stir in 4-1/2 tsp. orange, lemon or lime zest with the chopped cookies.

Substitute

Prepare using almond- or orange-flavoured liqueur.
