I made this for a get-together with friends, and it got rave reviews. It was really yummy, and so easy to make. My only difficulty was that the kitchen was very warm and when I tried to chop the Oreo cookies, all the icing squished out the sides. I ended up just breaking the cookies in pieces, but some of the icing still squished out. I also found that the base didn't really stick together (maybe it was just me). If I make it again, I think I would just use Oreo baking crumbs and make the base the same way I would for a cheesecake.
Wonderful. Will not make as often as my husband wants me to, he can't resist it.
Excellent recipe. Refreshing, tasty, quick and easy to make. Everyone loved it!
