I used a combination of veg and chicken broth, also carrots instead of bamboo shoots and it was amazing - much better than in the restaurants!
Absolutely fantastic!! and very authentic. I add cooked chicken and shrimp just before I serve it.
I added some coconut milk to this recipe for a more "Thai" taste.....Mmmmmmm
