would make again but omit the raisins, just a tad too sweet for our taste...
I've made this type of salad before and used craisins instead of raisins since I'm not a fan of them. Also I did not put sunflower seeds before but I think next time I make this I will try it. I like the advice from Betty692 about just using the coleslaw dressing instead of the miracle whip/sugar/vinegar mix, sounds so much easier and fail-proof, thanks!
I use just Kraft Coleslaw dressing instead of the miracle whip, sugar and vinegar. It is perfect!!! Never to sweet or sour, always perfect, every time. And I add other ingredients such as dried cranberries instead of raisins and almonds instead of sunflower seeds. Wonderful recipe and so easy, guests love it every time.
