My husband was pleasantly surprised when he found out what was for supper. I served this with pasta, caesar salad, garlic toast, and a nice glass ( or two ) of chardonnay. This is definitely a keeper.

My children LOVED this dinner, my husband couldn't get enough of this dish and it was really easy to prepare. It was full of flavor, and it got my picky eater's stamp of approval, so you know it had to be good :) When I asked if I should make it again, it was a unanimous YES!
