My husband is not a big fan of chicken legs, but he really liked this recipe. Leftovers were just as good. A keeper.
Very easy to make and the family liked it. I didn't have olives but added mushrooms. It will be made again.
This is excellent! I didn't have artichoke hearts so I used sliced carrots (3 medium) and I also omitted the olives. Additionally, I cut up the chicken breasts into cubes. Turned out great, I'll definitely make it again.
