Just follow our 3 simple steps
cut 4 lb. pork spareribs into single ribs. Place in large bowl, along with juice of 1 can (14 fl. oz / 398 mL) pineapple tidbits in juice and 1/4 cup soy sauce. Combine to moisten and coat ribs
Sprinkle 1 pouch Shake'n Bake Pork Coating Mix on to ribs and toss to coat.
Place ribs in single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle reserved pineapple tidbits evenly over top and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
This was one of the best rib recipes I have ever made! It was simple, quick and my dinner guests loved it! It's going to become one of my "classics"!!
I've tried it with riblets (that's all we had on hand) - and it wasn't bad - and I think it'd be better with ribs.
Maybe less soya sauce and more pineapple juice - I found them very salty and I couldn't taste the pineapple at all.
It's okay but I don't think I'll make it again.
