  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until blended. Add cauliflower; toss to coat. Spread onto baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min. or until cauliflower is tender and lightly browned; spoon into serving bowl.
  • Add coriander and lemon juice; mix lightly.

Special Extra

For added colour and spice, add 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric and an additional 1/4 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper to seasoning mixture before tossing with cauliflower.
