  • Mix yogurt and drink mix until blended; spoon over oats in 2 cereal bowls. Cover.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
  • Top with fruit just before serving.


Try mixing the yogurt with a few squirts of MIO Liquid Water Enhancer Strawberry Watermelon instead of the dry drink mix. Or, prepare parfaits using your favourite flavour of Crystal Light and cut-up fresh fruit. These make-ahead parfaits are refrigerated overnight to allow the yogurt mixture to soften the oats. No cooking required! And as a bonus, this recipe can easily be doubled or tripled if needed to serve more family members.
