What's the best part of our Overnight Stuffed French Toast? Is it that we stuffed the cinnamon-raisin bread with cream cheese? Or that this breakfast favourite can be made the night before? Either way, this French toast recipe is a must-try!

I have a B&B & this recipe makes it onto the breakfast menu often! It is so easy! I usually serve it with some mixed berries on top & some Natural bacon or turkey sausages with warm real maple syrup. I also used maple syrup in the ***** cheese mixture instead of refined white sugar as we are trying to cut back on refined sugars, & a dense artisan type ***** bread. It always receives rave reviews & if there is any leftover it freezes well & just needs to be heated up in the microwave.
