  • Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  • Mix chicken, cracker crumbs, shredded cheese, seasonings and egg until well blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
  • Grill 7 to 8 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), topping with Kraft Singles for the last minute.
  • Fill buns with lettuce, kabab patties, onions and tomatoes.

Special Extra

For added flavour, spread bottom half of each bun with 1 tsp. each mint chutney and tamarind chutney before topping with remaining ingredients as directed.
