Wow, I made it for dinner. Every one loved it now it is always being requested
_I tried this recipe using boneless, skinless, chicken breast - excellent dish - the salsa in the topping just gives it that added kick of flavour to add to the crunch of the panko and almonds. Will certainly add to our favourites list.
