  • Heat oil in Dutch oven or large deep skillet on medium heat. Add fennel and shallots, sauté 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add wine; stir to deglaze pan. Add mussels; stir. Cover; simmer 4 to 6 min. or until mussels open. Remove and discard any unopened mussels.
  • Meanwhile, boil water in large pan for pasta.
  • Add shrimp and scallops to ingredients in Dutch oven; cook on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or just until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque, stirring frequently. Stir in pasta sauce; simmer on medium-low heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally and adding cream for the last 1 min.
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta in large pan of boiling water just until al dente.
  • Drain pasta. Add to pasta sauce mixture; mix lightly. Sprinkle with parsley.


Substitute 25%-less-sodium chicken broth or vegetable broth for the wine.
