For an impressive presentation, serve prepared dip in a pepper "bowl." Cut off top of additional green or red pepper; remove and discard seeds. With small knife, trim away white, pithy part of ribs. Fill pepper shell with prepared dip just before serving. Surround with vegetable dippers.
Garnish with additional 1 Tbsp. chopped green and/or red peppers.
Serve with Christie Wheat Thins Crackers.
This super-simple dip can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 2 days before serving.
