  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Brush lamb chops with 1 Tbsp. dressing and place on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 10 min. or until 160ºF.
  • Meanwhile, mix Miracle Whip and Parmesan in small bowl. Remove lamb chops from oven and set oven to broil. Spread each lamb chop with 1 tbsp. Miracle Whip mixture. Place 6 inches from broiler and cook 2 min. or until topping is golden.
  • Toss remaining ingredients except couscous in large bowl before serving. Serve with couscous.
*Made with a blend of oils including olive, canola, and soybean oil.


Make salad substituting mixed greens with arugula.
