  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix ketchup, cheese, tomato paste, basil and oregano until blended.
  • Spoon half the ketchup mixture into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix just until blended.
  • Press turkey mixture into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining ketchup mixture.
  • Bake 55 min. or until meatloaf is done (160ºF).

Substitute

Prepare using lean ground chicken.

Special Extra

Add 1 chopped small green pepper to turkey mixture before pressing into prepared pan and baking as directed.
