These little pizza bombs are sure to add a fun “explosion” of flavour to any party menu. And the tomato basil dipping sauce is a perfect complement to the cheese and pepperoni flavours the kids (and adults) are sure to love.

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Separate biscuits; cut each in half. Flatten each biscuit half into 3-inch round. Spoon 1/4 tsp. sauce onto centre of each dough round; top with 1 each pepperoni slice and mozzarella cube. Pinch edges of dough together at top of each round to completely enclose pepperoni and cheese.
  • Place, seam sides down, on parchment-covered baking sheets.
  • Mix oil and seasoning until blended; brush onto dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake 15 to 17 min. or until golden brown.
  • Pour remaining sauce into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 to 2 min. or until heated through, stirring after 1 min. Serve with the pizza bombs.

Variation

Substitute ham slices, cut into 1-inch pieces, for the pepperoni slices and Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese for the mozzarella.
